-Visa, Mastercard.

-Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total reservation.

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

All reservations must be in U.S. funds.

For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival, payment is required in full.


-Rates are based for up to 4 adult occupancy.

 

 


Fees and Taxes

$225 Departure Cleaning

$199.11 Mid-Stay Clean (for extended stays 21 nights or more)

13% Taxes,

$59 Accidental Rental Damage Protection (ARP)

to above prices per rental term.


Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance is available for 7.75% of your total rental

Condo Rental Conditions

-Reservations are a 7-day minimum, Sat. to Sat., during peak seasons
(January through end of April, 4th of July week, Christmas break)

 - Cancellations require 45 days notice prior to arrival for refund (less $200 service fee)


-NON smoking unit and NO pets


-Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and Check-out is 10:00 am



Notes:


Credit card imprints will be required at the rental office upon arrival as a security deposit.


This property is privately owned. 


Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 


Management is not be responsible for accidents or injuries to occupants or their guests, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. 


Occupants are responsible for any destructive damage that may occur in their unit during their stay and for any inventoried items missing after check out.
